Dubai Chambers partners with India’s NASSCOM to help smart Agentic AI businesses expand operations in Dubai.
Dubai Chambers has officially signed a major partnership agreement with India’s premier technology trade body, the National Association of Software and Service Companies, widely known as NASSCOM.
The new collaboration aims to help leading Indian technology companies specializing in self-running artificial intelligence establish and expand their operations in Dubai.
By linking Indian technology creators with local investors, business networks, and government programs, the initiative seeks to speed up the adoption of smart computer systems across private businesses in both regions.
The strategic agreement was formally announced on August 19, 2026, marking a new milestone in cross-border economic cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and India.
Under the new agreement, both groups will organize specialized business events, run joint research projects, and create shared incubator programs to support growing software startups.
The partnership connects Dubai directly with NASSCOM, an organization representing India’s massive $315 billion technology industry and over 3,500 individual technology companies.
The primary reason for this international partnership is Dubai’s ongoing plan to make its local economy powered by Agentic AI, a type of artificial intelligence that can perform complex business tasks and make decisions on its own without needing constant human guidance.
Rather than simply using basic chatbots, businesses want smart systems that can automatically manage customer requests, process office paperwork, and run logistics operations.
Teaming up with Indian software firms gives Dubai access to top engineering talent, while offering Indian tech companies a stable business environment to sell their software globally.
Highlighting how the agreement helps build a stronger global business environment, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Chambers Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah stated that “Dubai Chambers is expanding international co-operation and partnerships to build an integrated ecosystem that supports the adoption of Agentic AI by businesses, enhances efficiency and productivity, and creates new opportunities for economic growth”.

Emphasizing how the program will modernize daily company work across all commercial sectors, Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah added that “these efforts will further strengthen Dubai’s leadership in advanced technologies and accelerate their adoption across business models in all sectors”.
Describing the main goals of the agreement, official project coordinators confirmed that “under the terms of the MoU, the two parties will work together to develop strategic partnerships among stakeholders across the Agentic AI innovation ecosystems in Dubai and India,” focusing on knowledge sharing and joint technology launches.
By joining forces with India’s top software association, Dubai is ensuring that local companies can easily adopt automated artificial intelligence tools to run faster and cost less money.
This agreement helps turn futuristic artificial intelligence into practical business tools that create new jobs, boost daily productivity, and keep the regional economy growing strong.
