Qatar has joined hands with a top American technology company named Brain Co to bring smart computer systems to everyday life.
On September 28, 2026, investment leaders in Qatar announced this fresh agreement, which aims to help government offices and local companies use modern digital tools to do their daily tasks much faster.
By bringing computer experts from Silicon Valley into the country, national leaders hope to turn the region into a major hub for modern digital technology.
This new plan focuses on putting smart software directly to work in real places like hospitals, banks, energy stations, and public service centers.
Instead of just talking about high tech ideas on paper, the two groups plan to build working tests to see how smart computer tools can reduce long waiting lines and cut down on human mistakes.
This step follows earlier plans made by Brain Co during a major technology event in the city of Doha, where the firm set up a main regional office to hire and guide local workers.
Teaching regular people how to understand and build these smart programs is a big goal of the agreement. The partnership will bring special training classes, hands on workshops, and skill building programs to local workers and students.
By giving young people and government workers direct lessons on how computer algorithms work, the country ensures that its own citizens can manage these systems in the future without relying on outside help.

Speaking about the project, Omid Raghimi, President of Qatar Business for Brain Co, shared that “a key focus of the partnership will be talent development and upskilling.”

He explained that both groups will work together on “training, knowledge transfer and capacity-building initiatives in AI and related technologies, helping to strengthen local capabilities and develop the expertise required to support the continued growth of Qatar’s digital and technology sectors.”
This initiative aligns with Qatar’s national development strategy, which aims to shift the country away from depending only on oil money toward a modern economy powered by information and digital services.
By spending money on high speed computer centers and learning programs, the government makes sure that public services run better for everyone living in the region.
As new training programs and computer tools begin rolling out in the coming months, citizens can expect faster public services and new tech jobs for the youth.
