By earning the “Service Provider” certification, the bank proved that all its underlying systems and networks are fully secured to handle card payments safely from start to finish.

Getting certified wasn’t a quick or easy process it took a full year of hard work.Union Bank teamed up with cybersecurity experts at Digital Encode to review and test their systems every three months, involving leaders from departments across the entire bank. To wrap it up, an independent security company named CyberCube officially audited and verified that everything met the strict global standards.
