Tri City National Bank has partnered with cloud-banking solutions provider Alkami Technology to launch its next-generation digital banking platform.
Southeastern Wisconsin’s Tri City National Bank has officially gone live on the Alkami Digital Sales & Service Platform to modernize its online operations and bring its traditional, relationship-focused customer service into digital channels.
The community bank which has served local residents and businesses for more than 60 years deployed a comprehensive suite that unifies Alkami’s Onboarding & Account Opening Solution, Digital Banking Solution and Data & Marketing Solution into a single cohesive experience.
As customer interactions shift online, financial institutions face the challenge of replicating personal, branch-level relationships in digital environments. Tri City leadership noted that the launch allows the bank to maintain its personal touch while adapting quickly to evolving customer expectations.
According to Nick Bandoch, Senior Vice President and Chief Brand Officer at Tri City, community banking means serving clients seamlessly whether in a physical branch or online. By using data-informed tools, the bank can identify customer needs during online interactions and offer timely relevant solutions that mirror the organic conversations that traditionally took place in branches.
For technology provider Alkami, the rollout demonstrates how regional financial institutions can use integrated software to deepen customer relationships across every stage of the lifecycle.
