Integrity360 buys identity expert CyberIAM to help companies stop online thieves and protect digital user accounts.
Big cybersecurity company Integrity360 has bought another top digital safety company, CyberIAM, to help businesses protect people’s internet accounts, computer passwords, and private company files.
Under this big corporate deal, both companies are combining their security teams to make sure that hackers cannot steal user logins or trick computer systems.
The new combined business will use smart security tools to verify every person, smartphone, and automated computer system that tries to enter a company network.
By working together, the group will help hospitals, banks, stores, and energy companies keep their digital accounts safe from online scammers and bad internet actors.
The major technology deal was officially announced across offices in London, Dublin, and Cape Town on Thursday, August 27, 2026.
Based in Ireland, Integrity360 operates large computer security centers across Europe, Africa, and North America.
CyberIAM brings about 120 extra security experts from its offices in the United Kingdom and South Africa into the larger group.
The purchase adds around 18 million euros to Integrity360, bringing its total business value to 230 million euros with a combined workforce of 900 security workers protecting companies worldwide.
The main reason for this technology purchase is that modern companies are using fast artificial intelligence tools and cloud computer software that require extra account protection.

Years ago, security teams only needed to protect office computers inside a single physical building. Today, employees work from home on smartphones, laptops, and smart computer tools, making user logins and passwords the main door that hackers try to break open.
Joining forces allows both firms to build stronger digital locks so that bad actors cannot guess passwords, bypass security checks, or steal private corporate records.
