ElevenLabs Launches ElevenMusic to Let Users Create and Explore Music Easily

ElevenLabs has quietly released an iOS app called ElevenMusic, allowing users to create and discover music with ease. The move signals ElevenLabs’ push beyond voice technology and into creative tools for music, aiming to compete with platforms like Suno and Udio.

The app is free to use, letting users generate up to seven songs per day through simple prompts. Users can adjust song length, include lyrics, and set the writing style. Songs created by others can be discovered and remixed, with these remixes counting toward the daily limit. ElevenMusic also features live stations, pre-created albums, and daily mixes with moods like Focus, Energy, Relax, Late Night, Cosmic, and Chill. Popular sections such as top charts, trending now, and new releases make browsing straightforward, much like other music streaming apps.

For those seeking more flexibility, ElevenLabs offers a Pro tier at $9.99 per month or $95.90 per year. Subscribers can create up to 500 tracks monthly, get over 500 GB of storage, and unlock access to all styles and moods.

ElevenLabs, which recently raised $500 million in a Series C round at an $11 billion valuation, has been expanding its creative tools in recent months. The company launched its first music-generation model last August and earlier this year partnered with music producers to release an AI-assisted album. In addition, ElevenLabs now offers tools for ad creation, voice-overs, translation, image and video generation, voice cloning, and sound design.

With consumer tools like ElevenLabs’ voice generator and ElevenReader already available, ElevenMusic strengthens the company’s push into creative platforms. ElevenLabs is also exploring ways to incentivize creators, potentially through royalties or other rewards, to encourage more music creation on its platform.
