Global computer software giant Adobe has signed a major 4 billion dollar deal to give millions of people in Saudi Arabia free access to powerful artificial intelligence tools.
Under this big technology partnership, residents can use smart computer programs to create digital artwork, edit photos, and design pictures by simply typing short text descriptions.
The software package includes premium tools like Adobe Express and a special artificial intelligence generator built to understand the local Arabic language, culture, and traditional styles.
Instead of paying high monthly subscription fees, everyday citizens, students, and small business owners will get to use these expensive digital tools completely free for an entire year.
The landmark technology agreement was officially announced on Monday, August 31, 2026. The initiative is a joint effort between Adobe, the Saudi Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, and Humain, a local artificial intelligence company backed by the Saudi government’s sovereign wealth fund.
The free access rollout will begin across the Middle Eastern nation before the end of the year, reaching over 27 million eligible citizens and residents living across the country.
