Totlesoft, launched in 2024 by Chris Agholor, is built around a simple idea. The problem isn’t always talent. It’s access.
Instead of focusing only on jobs, the platform combines three things into one system. There’s a job and task marketplace, a product marketplace with affiliate earning, and a research layer where people can run surveys and get paid for participating.
That mix is deliberate. Most platforms handle one piece. Totlesoft is trying to connect all of them.
On one side, businesses and researchers can post tasks, run campaigns, or sell products. On the other side, users can pick up jobs, earn from surveys, or promote products for commissions.
Payments are handled inside the system, with escrow used to reduce the usual trust issues that come with remote work.
Since launch, the platform has grown to over 2,000 users, still early but enough to test the idea. Revenue is modest, but the direction is clear.
What stands out isn’t just the product, but the thinking behind it. The gap isn’t always opportunity. It’s the systems around it.
If that layer improves, more people plug into work that already exists.
